Meet the Founder

Amarachi Esiaba

RN, RM, RPHN — Founder & Lead Instructor

Amarachi Esiaba, is a registered nurse, registered midwife, registered public health nurse, educator, speaker, author, and the Founder of ATA Academy. She is passionate about helping healthcare professionals build meaningful careers in digital healthcare and preparing them for the future of work.

Drawing from her experience in clinical nursing and digital healthcare, Amarachi founded ATA Academy to bridge the gap between healthcare and technology. Through practical, hands-on training, she has helped hundreds of healthcare professionals across Africa develop the skills needed to thrive in medical virtual assistance, telehealth, healthcare operations, and other digital healthcare roles.

As an author, Amarachi wrote Become a Medical Virtual Assistant: The Complete Guide to Thriving in Telehealth and Digital Healthcare, a practical guide designed to help healthcare professionals confidently transition into remote healthcare careers. She is also a speaker who shares insights on digital heath
